Rich lives in Raleigh, NC. He is a professional communications software engineer and also teaches Xing-i (Hsing-i) Chinese Internal Kung Fu.
He started Lindy Hop Swing Dancing in 1999 and Blues Dancing in 2002, also exploring many other dance styles throughout the years. He has also trained in ShanXi Hsing-I for 8 years at The Hsing-I Martial Arts Institute (Hsing-i.com) of the Tang Shou Tao / Shen Lung lineage in San Diego, CA. Rich has maintained that practice for over 15 years.
